I’ve been working on OAP for the past few months. And I have to say that I don’t know what I was doing at all! I’ve been ego-lifting and was on a plateau. I just found out I have neglected the most important part is to focus on stability. And I already tried some of these exercises, It’s really hard to hang on the bar with three fingers.
