Loi has participated in high level athletics for over 10 years. For the last 5 years, his main sport has been bouldering where he competes at a national and NACS level. He is notable for his elite level finger strength, mastery of calisthenics and becoming one of the strongest climbing athletes in Canada in a short period of time.
Loi is also an accomplished calisthenics athlete, achieving world class feats such as the One Arm Muscle Up, +35lbs One Arm Pull Up, Perfect Muscle Up, and multiple Front Lever variations including 6mm, Mono and Front Lever Touch.
